On September 26, women will gather at Hale Centre Theatre in Sandy, UT for a bold celebration of real strength. The event features the culmination of a dynamic wellness challenge for women to celebrate becoming strong in every aspect of life. Celebrating the premiere of the Strong Women painting series—stunning portraits paired with live, inspiring true stories told by the featured women themselves. These stories move hearts, shift perspectives, and showcase the beauty and grit of what it means to rise in strength.

It’s time to tell the story of STRONG WOMEN. Strength takes many forms—quiet resilience, bold action, and everyday courage. Through word, brushstroke, and bold truth, this event celebrates the power of true potential. Featuring original paintings by renowned artist and American Ninja Warrior, Jenedy Paige, that—like the Strong Woman Experience—don’t just capture women. They reveal strength in motion. Through shared experience and connection, we’re shaping what strength looks like today– and for the next generation.
Stronger Challenge
Strength doesn’t start on event day. It begins weeks before—through the Stronger Challenge, a dynamic wellness journey that invites women to grow in body, mind, and spirit.
Over the course of 4–12 weeks, participants take on daily and weekly challenges focused on movement, mindset, nutrition, and purpose—building habits that lead to lasting transformation.
Challenge Categories:
- Move: Daily activity, sweat, and new physical skill growth
- Fuel: Clean eating, hydration, and meal prep wins
- Rest: Reset daily, recharge – sleep, or more spiritual replenish (meditation, journaling, prayer)
- Connect: Encourage someone else, post progress online, find a wellness buddy


STRONG WOMEN In Motion
After a morning of unforgettable stories and soul-stirring art, the journey continues—this time through movement, challenge, and play—at the world’s largest ninja gym. In the afternoon, women go beyond inspiration to activation, engaging in hands-on experiences that strengthen body, mind, and spirit. From jiu jitsu and aerial silks to guided sessions on journaling and nutrition, each element is crafted to stretch her courage, fuel her confidence, and ignite her connection with self and others.
