Pull Up

We live on a planet acted on by gravity. A downward force is acting on all of us at all times. I see this physical force as a symbol of other unseen downward emotional and spiritual forces that act on us every day. However, when we resist that physical force and pull up, we get stronger. As we resist the emotional and spiritual downward forces, we get stronger. When we are strong, we can help lift other people.
